Loved staying here! Super close to lifts, and the staff is super friendly! Rooms with large windows that allowed us to take advantage of beautiful views. Cuisine was gorgeous and tasty food with excellent service.
Just a minor complaint! The gluten-free muesli was available but there were no lactose-free options for "milk drink" and also they didn't have any gluten-free bread.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with amazing views of the mountains and valleys. the staff is friendly and accommodating, making sure that the guests have a comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, decorated in a cozy style. the restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, including gluten-free options. Ski lifts and hikes are easily accessible from the hotel, making it convenient for outdoor enthusiasts.
The hotel needs improvement in providing better toiletries.

Convenient location near gondola exit, friendly and English-speaking staff, clean and well-maintained rooms with beautiful views, cozy dining room and bar, good dinner with lovely views.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views, great location, and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and had nice facilities including a cozy restaurant and bar. We appreciated the convenient location with easy access to transportation and several hiking trails nearby. The breakfast provided was basic, but sufficient. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

Easter weekend was amazing! the service was top, notch and food was 5, star quality! I loved the comfortable rooms and breathtaking views. the location was perfect for skiing, with lifts just a few steps away and all essentials within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of fantastic trails for hiking. the only issue I encountered was the lack of gluten, free and lactose, free options for breakfast. It would have been great to have these options readily available for those with dietary restrictions.
